PASSWORD RETRIEVAL: If you have forgotten your password, you can re-set it as long as you know your four-digit account number and the email address registered in your account. If you put these in correctly, an email message entitled Your Birmingham Local Exchange Trading System Account should arrive with an interim password - don't forget to check your junk box. Make a note of the password, copy & paste it to get into your account, and if you are the only one accessing your computer, save it on the browser. if you want to change the password to something more memorable, once you've logged in go straight to My Profile on the side-bar and it's the first choice on the menu. NB you will need to include at least one digit in the new password you choose. However if you don't know your account number or the email address in your account, please Contact Us and a member of the admin team will get back to you as soon as possible.
